★ 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If your dog isn't into it — or you aren't — send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Day 0–30: full refund to your original payment. Day 31–60: store credit or exchange. Opened, unopened, half-chewed, whatever. We accept it. We've seen worse.
★ How to start a return. Email returns@pulppet.shop with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. You'll get an RMA number and prepaid USPS label by reply within one business day. Drop the box at any blue mailbox. Refund hits your card 3–7 business days after we receive it back at the studio (your bank may take a day or two longer to post it).
★ Sometimes don't send it back. For heavy or bulky items where return shipping would cost more than the product — a 24-lb bag of Northvale, a Tuft sofa, a 6-foot plush snake — we'll refund you in full and ask you to donate it to your local shelter. Snap a photo for our records. Grim's idea.
★ Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Photograph the box and product within 7 days of delivery and email us. We replace within 48 hours and you keep the original to donate or recycle — no return shipment needed. Original shipping is refunded on damaged or wrong-item orders.
★ Bad reaction or your dog won't eat it? Even for opened food, treats, or chews — full refund within the 60-day window. Reply to your order email with a photo of the bag's ingredient panel so we can flag it for our next vet review.
★ Bark Box subscription. Skip, pause, swap, or cancel any time from your account — same one-click flow you used to sign up (per FTC click-to-cancel rules). Cancel or skip at least 3 days before your next billing date to skip that month's drop. If a box already shipped, return any unopened items within 60 days for a refund minus the shipping subsidy. Prepaid 6-month and 12-month plans are non-refundable after the first box ships, but you can pause for up to 90 days at any time. You're notified by email 3 days before every charge.
★ When a pet passes. Tell us. We'll refund unused food, supplements, and supplies — no return required, no questions, no awkward forms. If you'd like, we can route the items to a local shelter on our end. We follow Grim's rule on this.
★ Non-returnable. A short list: prescription items (vet-Rx food, flea & tick) once dispensed, personalized goods (custom-stamped collars, etched bowls), gift cards once redeemed, items returned after 60 days, and items damaged after delivery from misuse. If we made the mistake, the list above doesn't apply — we'll make it right.
★ How refunds land. Original payment method by default — card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay. If your card expired, we credit your Pulppet account balance. Original shipping fees are refunded only when you return the entire order, or when the product was damaged/defective/incorrect. Return shipping is free for everything inside the US 60-day window.
