How long does a Pro Business site actually take?
Six to eight weeks from kickoff to launch — and we hit that timeline 98% of the time. Week 1 is discovery + strategy. Weeks 2–4 are design exploration and approval. Weeks 4–7 are build with engineering in the loop. Week 7–8 is QA, soft-launch, and tuning. We send a weekly Friday update so you always know where the project stands. No surprise delays.
What's the payment structure?
50% on signing, 50% on launch. No hidden fees, no scope-creep invoices. If we discover the project needs more than the original scope, we tell you before we start that phase — you decide whether to expand or stay within the original brief. Payments are wire transfer or credit card; we don't charge processing fees on either.
Who owns the design and the code?
You do. 100%. From the moment we deliver the final files, every pixel, every line of code, and every brand asset belongs to your company. We keep the right to feature the work in our portfolio, but we never retain ownership of anything you paid for. We hand off the GitHub repo, design files, and a one-page handover document.
Do you handle the copywriting too?
Yes — and we recommend it. The Pro Business package includes conversion-tested copy for every page, written by a senior writer who's worked on B2B brand sites for the past eight years. If you have a copy partner already, we'll work with them. If you have draft copy, we'll edit it. If you have nothing, we'll write it from the brief.
What if I need changes after launch?
The first 30 days are free. After that, we offer a flat monthly retainer for ongoing work, or you can hire us by the hour. Most clients move to a retainer in month two — it's cheaper for them, and it means we stay close to the work. You're never locked in; cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
How is this different from a Webflow agency or a freelancer?
We hand-code every site in HTML, CSS, and JS for performance and longevity — no Webflow, no Wix, no template economy. That means a faster site, better Core Web Vitals, and a codebase that won't be locked behind a $39/month subscription forever. You'll never need permission to edit your own website.
Can we see real numbers from past launches?
Yes — once we're in conversation. We can't put client numbers on a public page (most signed NDAs), but on the kickoff call we walk through three relevant case studies with the actual conversion lift, page-load improvements, and qualitative feedback from the client team. Most prospects find this more useful than a static portfolio.
What if we don't like the design direction?
Week 2's design exploration shows you two or three distinct creative routes — real, finished pages, not mood boards. If none of them land, we keep iterating. We've had to do this twice in 47 projects, and both times the second round nailed it. The fixed price still applies. You don't pay extra for the studio doing its job.
